Handle sales and marketing of surgical disposable products like blood collectors, disposable syringes, O.T. safe masks used in Pathlabs, Nursing Homes, Hospitals, etc. Establish strategies for achieving top-line and bottom-line targets of the region. Assist top management in developing marketing plans and strategies. Formulate and implement tactical initiatives to achieve corporate strategic goals. Manage a team of sales executives to help them achieve their targets. Good contacts with hospitals, Pathlabs, doctors, and paramedical professionals. Good knowledge of the territory. Interact with key customers and the distribution channel. Train and motivate the sales executive team to achieve the regional sales target and collection and promotional activities.
