Dear Mr. Sundar,
Legislature is normally a body constituted under the Constitution of India thro' which Bills are passed
to become Law.
Legislative compliance is normally refered to the steps that are to be taken and complied with while
submitting legislation in the form of bills to parliament or state legislatures and after its passing in the said
parliament / Legislature, it becomes law there after.
Commission or Ommission (terms of such laws) are normally termed as Legal compliance.

'Legislative' means related to Legislature- the capacity/power to make Laws; such as 'Legislative Power' -i.e. power to make Laws.
