Dear All I need a salary structure of 4.25 lac. Because i need to give salary slip to my employee. Its urgent.

apportion 40% as basic and 60% as choice pay.
In Choice pay include the following heads
1. HRA - 40% for non-metros or 50% in metros
2. Conveyance allowance - 9600/- p.a
3. Medical assistance - Rs.15000/- p.a.
4. Children Edu Allowance - Rs.2400/- p.a (Rs.1200/- per child, max 2 children)
5. Rest can be put under spl. allowance.
Include PF contribution of employer in Basic pay component.

While fixing the structure please consider the Food and Nutrition allowance (Tax exempted). Give provision for Telephone/Mobile allowance and House rent Allowance (with receipt it also gets tax exemption).
Please make sure that employees should get benefit and paying minimal Income Tax.
