Great sheet for yearly calculation. but it may not be used if people is using a software for salary but you may see the sheet which can be used for the time of recruitment to know the burden on company.

Am currently working as an HR Executive, with a manufacturing company. Am completely responsible for leave management and salary calculation. I am looking for a software which can take care of both leave time management and salary calculation. As there are many workers, it becomes difficult to calculate manually. Can anyone suggest me with such type of software...

The calculation is wrong. The basic salary is 40% of Gross salary,the HRA is 40% of basic salary,
