Dear Sir/Madam,

Please help me out and provide details about the salary breakup. Our salary components include Basic Salary, HRA, MA, SP, and CEA.

Kindly guide me on how to calculate these allowances. Additionally, could you please provide details on the HRA and PT slab in the Gujarat region?

I am also curious about the calculation of Professional Tax.

I would appreciate your prompt response.

Regards,
Neema Agrawal

Hi Neema, HRA in Gujarat will be 40% of Basic. As far as PT is concerned any CA/CS will be able to advise you on that. Let me know if you need more info. Regards, Ankit

What would be the tax effective break up for a CTC of Rs. 10.00 lakhs and Rs. 15.00 lakhs per annum. Kindly highlight those components which are exempted from the tax point of view. regards
