Hi Sir/Madam
I am working in a IT company as a System Admin, and i have signed the one year bond where it is mentioned "The employee needs to work for a minimum of one year" and also i have 3 months notice period.
My question is that if i would like to change a job can i work for 9 months and give the 3 month notice period or should i work for one year first and then give the notice period
Waiting for the response !! Quick response is appreciated
Thanks in Advance
