HR policies depends on the firm and varies from firm to firm.While framing
one has to take into consideration the nature of industry,number of employees working ,small scale or large scale,companies mission statment,vision,management view,contractual employment/permanent employment .after taking into consideration all this factors HR policy
is framed .
