Well said. Most of us would prefer working for big companies only to add their experience to our resume. When we look at it from a learning standpoint, we gain a lot of knowledge and can expand our skills. However, in larger organizations, work is often predefined, and we are required to adhere to it. It becomes a routine of completing the work and logging out for the day.

I did the same thing 5 months ago. Earlier, for the last six months, I worked for a small private limited firm with good pay, designation, power, and prestige. However, there were chances of future instability in smaller ponds. Therefore, I had to leave the company. I joined a company with a renowned brand name, a smaller designation, lower pay, and fewer benefits. Nevertheless, job security and timely payment are guaranteed.
