Hi all,
happy Diwali to all
I have been newly recruited as HR manager for a franchise branch of an Insurance company, where including all staff 20 people or more is required.
As i m new to this field, help to out to calculate how many new personnel is required?
Secondly, how and what to implement Hr policies to this type of organization.
What are the benefits can we provide to retain the employees for long run, as the labor turn over ratio is too high in this organization.
Help me out to design the structure?
