Please find the attached SOP for Permit System... You may be modified this according to your site management...
I hope this will help you somehow... The document says the retention period of the permit is one year, which needs authentication... I am not sure whether we have to really keep this for one year or not... If you have any clear definition for this retention period please share with me...
