Dear Challapalli,
This is to inform you that Shops & Establishment Act is a State Act & therefore first see which is your applicable State Shops Act & Rules and then go through that Act & Rules for finding the abstract of that Act & Rules. In general we do not find any abstract of Act & Rules in these enactments. Abstracts of the Act & Rules are required to be displayed at the premises where Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Factories Act etc. are found applicable to the unit.
