Please let us know what are the abstracts to display on the Company Notice Board under Shop & Establishment Act, since our company is one year old, we have not taken care on these initially, now we want to maintain and display the Abstract on our Notice Board, so can anyone help us with the list?

All applicable statutes which are governed to your type of business model, your organisation needs to display at conspicuous place. Moreover, abstracts should be in regional language which will enable employees of your organisation to get connected and get themselves aware regarding applicable statutes of your organisation.

1 Maharashtra Shops and establishment Act/Rules
2 Payment of wages Act/Rules
3Maternity Benefit Act/Rules
4 The Contract LabourR&A Act/Rules( if applies)
5Bombay Employment Standing Orders Act/Rules(I)fworkman strength is more than 50)
Pl refer to Shops Act which contains above provisions.

I dont have soft copy of Kannada. All these abstracts we provide in Calendar format with imported lamination and can be hanged which is maintenance free which you might have seen in many units in Karnataka.
2. I made labour law abstract both in English and Kannada of 25 labour laws with compliance points in a book called "Labour Law Ready Reckoner - English and Kannada for which Labour Commissioner of Karnataka wrote foreword. The cost of book is Rs. 750 plus courier charges if want by this mode. Write up of the book attached.
