The docs/ppt are good. One should verify them in writing at least once in a month at ones leisure and evaluate him/er self and take remedial measure as a matter of routine.

excellent material. thanks for sharing.
Just thought I will add
1. A quick way to reduce stress is to to stay still and rotate your consciousness to all the body parts.
2.When doing your breathing, visualize the incoming breath as a soothing force ( from God or whomever you love)
and when breathing out visualize the stress getting out of your system-you can visualize it getting out thru' your finger tips, tips of toes.

I think stress is because of the way we are leading our life. Fast n Furious thread mill type. Running at greater speeds to stay where we are. Materialistic musts are taking a toll on us. We need more money to live comfortably(?). Comparison is the cause of dissatisfaction and it is the root cause of stress. At the same time if human beings are satisfied with what they have then they would have been in the caves. Hence , while one should be satisfied with what one has, he should strive for progress which does not necessarily mean earning more money. We spend our health during prime years to get the wealth and do the reverse in the sunset years. Keeping one's mind free of comparisons may reduce stress. A very organized and educative presentation. Good work by the contributor. Thanks
