This is Saravanan B, from Hyderabad.
Currently i am working in Broadridge Financial Solutions prior to that i have worked with UBS India Service Centre, i have submitted my PF Transfer Application form to my HR Team and they acknowledged and submitted to my ex-employer (UBS), Now they have to stamp and submit the 3A, 5, 9 and 10 along with the form, but still now it was not happened. Now my current employer asking me to contact my ex-employer and i am not sure whom i need to conduct regarding this. Recently Cognizant acquired UBS, now i am realy confused whom i have to contact.
I have requested for PF Transfer on January 2009.
Ex Employer PF Number: AP/52394/741
Please help me out.

Hi Saravanan,
You just need to contact the HR department of your previous employer. They would be handling all PF related activities. Even if Cognizant has acquired your previous employer UBS, the records would still be intact. If you remember your old employee / personnel number and your PF number, you can easily get everything checked and processed.
Go ahead and call up the HR.

Today i have contact my UBS friends and i have one more issue also,
The project which i was worked in UBS has been taken care by another company (Williams lea) I forgot to mention yesterday. Now its really confusing whom i need to approach.
