Dear Jitendra,
Tell me are you working with the same employer still or have you quit. If you have quit that company than go to the same merged new company than and carry your employement records with the previous employer and check out with them. They need to help you out regarding the same, if you are still working with the same employer than according to me you need not worry he will get it done for you. I hope this information is of some use for you.

Dear Jitendra,
No according to me you cant submit the PF form with the signature of your previous employer. Provided you can call and try to send it by courier or post which probably you can do it. This would be the best thing for you to get your problem solved.

Dear Jitendra,
As per my knowledge, fill your form as per pervious employer PF Code & Your PF No. and it can be signed by the lower, put a logic not why form signed by lower not by employer. After that deposit it in PF dept. that's it.
