Hi all,
Can anyone solve my problem?. I was working with a firm where my contribution and the employer contribution of PF was deducted from my salary. After working for 7 months I resigned the company. So will I get back my PF. Please tell me what forms do I want to get filled and also define me a way or procedure to obtain my claim if my employer doesn't sign the Employer signature column in PF form.

Hi,
Yes you will get it back..
The procedure is, you are required to submit the filled up withdrawal forms 10C and 19 to your employer after 60 days of your resignation..
And you will get it back, but you will get only 3.67% of employer's contribution which goes to PF fund except your 12% contribution, and the interest accured will also be paid by the employer.
Regards,
Amit Seth.

Hi Manas,
You can get the Form 13 filled by your previous employer along with form 3A which will be given by your previous employer itself and submit the same in your current company. What ever you have contributed so far will be transferred to your new pf account which will be opened by your current company.

Re: PF Queries
one of my friend had resigned from his previous company after working 10 months without giving 3 months notice or notice. Now he wants to withdraw his pf and pension amount , but his previous employer is saying that first he have to give the 3 month notice pay then they will sign. Please advise me how he can get his pf amount back bypassing his previous employer.

Hi,
Good Day!!!
I was working for past 5 years in a reputed organization.
I have planned to move my PF account to the new company i have joined, and submitted all the forms.
My query is I can see 12% contribution by me and a 3.67 employer contribution. what about the remaining 8.33% of employer contribution. How to claim that amount. Will it be move to New company account or Do i need to submit any form to close and get that amount in my hand.
Kindly advise....
Regards,.

Hello All,
I have newly joined in one of the organization where we pay on consolidated scale to our employee. I want to reconfirm about my understanding on change in PF celing wage of 15000/- per month.
For a gross of 12000 per month we have the following structure :
Basic : 7800, HRA: 1800, CLA:1200, TA:1200. We are currently deducting pf of amount 936 (7800*12%)
Whereas to meet the PF celing wage requirement i am suggesting to make following structure to meet the requirement.
Basic : 12000 so that PF will be 1440 (12%*12000). Pl confirm is this correct.
The said proposal was in discussion with my PF consultant.
