Dear All,
We celebrate theme days every month in our office. We have already celebrated many ideas such as ice cream day, movie day, treasure hunt day, etc. Can any of you provide any more ideas on the same? Participation is less when the associates are asked to come dressed up. So please suggest some ideas that would be viable enough.
Thanking you.

Dear Vini,
Could you please tell me what you did on Ice Cream Day and Treasure Hunt Day? Also, could you please explain the objective of celebrating Treasure Hunt Day? Thank you so much for your response.

You can have a "double role day" where two colleagues will be dressed in the same outfits.
SSM day = send short messages to colleagues.
Potluck day - everyone gets a specialty food dish from their region and shares food at lunch with all colleagues.

Dear Meenu,
For Ice Cream Day, we had asked all team leads to buy ice creams for the associates, which we provided at a discount. At lunch, whoever had the token given by the team lead enjoyed an ice cream. Later, the bosses were asked to come up with creamy messages, and the groups had to make posters showing appreciation for the same. :-)
