One querry from me to all that ,Under CL(R&A)Act Registration Certificate renewal every year is mandatory or not ?I think as a principal employer once you will obtained RC ,later ,if any changes need in RC ,you will take a amendment in RC ,I am right or not ?

For the Principal employer registration once made with amendments latter on is sufficient but the contractor has to renew his licence (it is licence and the former is registration) every year.
