Yes, there is Form II in the Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition (CLRA) Act. However, this is not a "Return." Form 2 is a "Certificate of Registration" issued by the department to the Principal Employer against their application on Form I.
The Returns under CLRA are in Form XXIV (Half-Yearly Return by the contractor) and XXV (Annual Return by the Principal Employer). Please find attached the format of all the above.
