Can you please update me about CLRA Registration Renewal procedure? My registration date expired 2 months ago due to some reasons, so we couldn't renew it. However, the company currently requires it. Please suggest me as per the current scenario. What kind of documents are required and what's the procedure for Delhi locations?

Nothing specific, though the Registration under CLRA Act does not have a validity date; it expires on the day the last contract expires. In case of a change of contractor and extension of the contract period, the same needs to be notified to the concerned DLC. Please submit details of the contractor along with the original RC and a cover letter. There is no specific action required.
