hello dear seniors, i am vinaya kumar, i want a clarification in PF. one person working in a company for last 3 years, now he wants go an another company so now he can apply for his PF Money or not.. pl explain what is the age limit to get PF and how to get PF... thank you.

Dear Vinaya,
He is eligible for withdrawing his PF amount unless, he completes his relieving formalities and doesnot have any clearance or dues to the employer.
for claiming PF some formalities from employer need to be done.

The employee is eligible to withdraw his EPF amount, untill he is retired from the job. there are two form 10c & form 19 for EPF and EPS withdrawal.
Since, in your case he has worked for 3 years, he is eligible for EPF only. Submit the duly filled froms along with his bank details to your regional office. It will be settled within 45 days. Best advice him to trasfer his PF account in so that in long run he can get the pension benefit.

I am totally agree with me Reddi,
1. There is no time limit for PF withdraw you can it at any time .
2. You can withdraw the PF wothout the compaies formality also .
3. As you ahve serve 3 years means you are eligable for whole PF amount .

Dear Vinay,
If PF is there in the new concern ask him to transfer the account to his new PF account.
Or
If he wants his money, he can withdraw through Form 19 & 10C (EPF & EPS). since he has completed only 3 yrs, he can withdraw his full amount .

2.If employee dies during the employment, no minimum period of service is not required.
3. Normally the company will calculate 15 days wage for every completed years on basic + DA.
It is social security benefit provided by the employer towards the employee's loyalty and hardship.

Employee can get is PF due incase of sepration of job only however he can get loan if he completed 5 yrs in the employement.
For withdrawing PF you need fill form -19 and form-10C and get sing on form by authorized person under PF and in 45 days your PF due will come to your bank via cheque.
