You first will need to decide on the budget. There are certain innovative spot awards that help employees feel good. Too many spot awards will take the shine off these initiatives. Some that I can think of are Appreciation Cards, Thank You Cards, Smiley Balls, and You Made My Day badges.
We recognize people who receive the maximum number of appreciation cards during the annual reward and recognition awards ceremony night.

Hi Tanju, thank you for your valuable inputs. We are not on a budget side, but I want the type of achievements that can be awarded on the spot by the respective managers. For example, appreciation for the successful completion of any work on tight timelines, etc. Can anybody help me out with this type of awards?
