Hello everybody, I am pursuing my MBA with specialisation in HR....Presently i am doing my summer internship...at an IT cmpy.....The topic of my project is competency mapping.....and i dont know how to go about it......can any one plz help me out bcoz i have to implement it from scratch......URGENT HELP IS SOUGHT FOR!!!
