You seemed to have posted the same message thrice. Which college are you studying in? Is it your final year project? Which city are you based in?

Post recruitment, the process is huge. I mean it starts with induction, wherein you make the employee familiar with your organization. Explain his/her job profile, etc. And the list goes on. Tell me which book you are referring to?
