You can make the whole event attractive by
1. By running a small slide of the venue where u intend to have the function, few snaps of the venue to make it more attractive and to make the employees guessing. Posters and banners .
2. If your budget permit, have some lucky draw and give some prizes.
the draw should be made on the day of the function. This will attract crowd.
3 Send mailers one week prior to the function daily covering topics like
what all events you are goibg to have, what all things to carry and few other tips. Use some cartoons in the mail to make it more attractive.
Hope this will attract more people.
