I have been instructed to visit the different locations of our company and check out everything from HR perspective and give a detailed report alongwith suggestions for improvement.I have thought of including the points in the file attached here however i want to follow a better and professional approach for the same.Please suggest me better ways of going ahead so that i can come up with solid suggestions for improvement. This has to be done as an HR person would do professionally.I am only a Trainee now so i need suggestions.We are into manufacturing,packaging of FMCG products to be in brief.
