First of all I would like to thank you for your concern.
I have 3 years experience in Backend HR Process.I was working with Deutsche Bank Global Services in Bangalore for 2 years as learning and development specialist.Things were not fine at all out there due to recession previous year.
I have done my SAP certification in HCM Functional .right now am open to either SAP HR or as a L&D Specialist in any BPO or KPO.

I have 3 year of experience as Software Support Specialist in Nahar Group, Ludhiana. My qualification is BCA, MBA(IT). I am Oracle certified. Due to recession I lost my job. And now I am looking for a job. I am open to work in any IT company or Manufacturing Industry as IT Specialist and also I can work as a trainer on Permanent basis or on Adhoc.

1.Shifting focus to positive things
2.Strong financial planning - minimalist view
3.Utilise time to re-gruop and re-skill before the next assignment
4.Finally , considering how to establish your self as a brand and not remain a product carrying different brands
Somehow , our value system encourages us to earn income, which is primarily the individualitic view . But it is the tough time like this which make us go beyond the bindings and teach us how to generate revenue, gaining the big picture !
