I'm 1984 born,pg in English,associated with a company as an admin executive since 1.5 year.
I want to do PGDM through Correspondence in HR.Tell me it would be beneficial for my career. Correspondence course is valuable to get good growth?

This is Sunil. For the last one and a half years, I have been working in HR & Admin Profile. Currently, I am working in a newly established organization. I request guidance from senior management on providing increments to employees in line with company norms and policies. However, I have not yet worked in the appraisal system. Please provide me with information about the performance appraisal system. Additionally, could you advise on the appropriate percentage of increment for sales and service departments?
