Dear Arpee and Lakshmi,
Any training method or tool is good as long as it increases the revenue or decreases the operational expenditure. Please remember what former Premier of China, Mao Tse Tung use to say "if am not interested in the colour of the cat as long as it catches the mice".
At times NLP becomes a trap in itself. I found NLP trainers are so obsessed with this tool that they don't give much importance to revenue aspect of the training programme - a classic case of missing wood for the trees.
