Am an HR Generalist with 2 years exp in IT and Pharma industry. i want to get into training , was interested in Alphastars Management training in NLP.
Pls help me in case NLP is a start for my training career or should i do any other train the trainer courses before getting into NLP practitioner training, and also pls give me the feed back of getting trained in Alphastars Management in bangalore.

I would suggest that you should start with the NLP Practitioners Course, however before attending the same you can read few books on the subject just to get the idea of what it is.
It is a profound study of Human Mind & Brain. I would suggest reading "Awaken The Giant Within" by Tony Robbins to start with.
I have taken the Trainer's Training from Dr. Ranganathan & Dr. William Horton which I found to be extremely good.
