1. Identify the Leadership competencies.
2. Make a questionnaire based on the comnpetencies.
2. Collect data from the Interaction circle of the leader, 360* feedback, and the leadership would be assessed
This is the most valid tool to assess Leadership .
Otherwise, Psychometric tests are also used to assess but they are not very valid as they have their limitations.
