Dear all,
I have just started in an NGO and one of my first tasks is to develop and implement HR polcies. I would greatly appreciate if anyone could advise me on what HR policies are legally compulsory and also would appreciate and sample policies to get an idea of structure and format.

The NGO is responsible for the sustainable development for local villages in the area (ie: water, sanitation, health etc).

Thanks for your response. Our NGO is Working on Human Resource Management of the area (Distt SWAT, MALAKAND, DIR, Bunner and disst Shangla). and Our NGO responsible for the sustainable development for local villages in the area (ie: water, sanitation, health, Community Physical infrastructure etc). we have completed more then 60 projects in the area.
Age of NGO: 20 years.
Employees Stenght: 120 ( 5 permanent and 115 on Contract working in defferent Projects)
