Hi Seniors,
Please help me design a Fellowship policy. We are planning to engage students/individuals interested in doing Fellowship with our organisation. I want to know,
how do we plan a process for the same?
Thanks.

it will involve fellowship with us on part time or full time basis with our various departments which consist of Communication, training and Resource Bureau, we are yet to formulate a formal JD. This is still in the stage of idea. Hope this would be helpfull.

Please let us know what does doing a fellowship involve? How much time and money have to be invested in gaining fellowship. It’s a bit frustrating to extract information in bits and pieces.

echoing simhan..
what you are suggesting is simply a capacity building programme what we do with fresh grads in saudi arabia...rotate them through the depts n let them settle down in the one they are geared to handle best at the end of 2 years....

I have just read the comments above and would agree with devraj..it should have been called "Internship" because "fellowship" gives an impression that the programme is religion related.
