Dear all
I'am new in HR field. My current company is a manufacturing company that produce components for air-cond. As a HR executive, my boss ask me to come out with HR plan for the whole year 2010 and set the goals and what is the action plan by end of Nov 09.
I notice that HR is very broad - recruitment, appraisal, dicipline, etc.
Can somebody help me how to do the HR plan for 1 year.

Dear
Your boss is asking the plan what activities you will be doing apart from your routine work.
Just choose few projects you will be handling upto Mar 10.
Kindly have deadline for each project / work when it will be completeted for e.g if you will organising certain event / training prog or any thing when you want to complete it which month.
