hi everyone! this is my first time here in citehr. A friend referred me this site, said i would learn lots of HR matters here, hope you can help me out on this one...
im currently making a list of criteria to consider when selecting a good training proposal. I already thought of the following:
* Objectives
* Methodology
* Resource Person / Speaker
* Cost of Training
Are there any factors i still have to consider? im thinking of the weight percentage.....
