As you know MIS is prepared to get all the details of employees in the last month with the help of MIS top level management get an idea about the employees status in the last month you can prepare in an excel sheet.
MIS with the help of Following information.
1) Employees Details in this sheet you should write the details like Employee code,Employee name,designation,date of birth,date of joining,CTC.addess,contact number,blood group,qualification,total years of expereince.
2)Salary Structure of the employees you should write salary break-up of all the employees.
3)New Joinees details.
4)Details of Resigned Employees.
