Thanks for the reply. I have made MIS report with no. of new joinees & left empl dept wise for 3 months. What type of analysis report can be made out of this. i have calculated attrition %. what else can be made. Waiting for your valuable suggestions.

Dear,You can make analaysis of reason wise attrition,compare the left and joinings of the last six months and based on that calculate the average exit/joinings and show it with the exit/joinings of the current month and i suggest you to make it in presentation form rather than making in excel sheet ...what other kinds of MIS you are making ??
