Ask your management what are their future plans of business????
Approach each & every HoD and ask him/her how much manpower do/will they require why???
What work these new employees will be doing?????
As HoDs instead of recruiting new person can we allocate some activities to current employees????
Hope all these answers will take you to decide on manpower planning of the company.
Hope this clarifies you????

Hello Niyati,
I do not understand what you mean by you searched a lot. If you were looking for the precise info you might not get it. In which case, you may have to broaden the search. Anyway, by Google search, I have found this paper that you will have to digest and see how it can be ADAPTED.

Dear Niyati
Seek guidance from you immediate boos.
Its a job of highly skilled people. This requires internal studies on many aspects (present work conditions and manpower strengths, financial approvals, infrastructral study, departmental study, resource utilization and mapping, etc). Manpower planning is conducted by keeping past experiences and projecting present and future needs.

Hi,
This manpower planning is most Important part....
According to me you need to study all departments 1st so that you can understand needs and wants of each department. Later you need understand which department is on high priority and rank according to that so that you can plan and complete your work.
Also you need to study Roles and hierarchy of your organization so that you can plan for Organization structure as well.

Man power planning is an integration of your effort to seek the number of staffing in its potentials. With it you assess the value also of the whole community and the worker you wish to set for improvement. Have it a way to present the numbers of experiences by one box, thier potentials, Certificates, and other useful tools of information you would basically need in the administrative presentation point of views.
The admin mostly likely seeks the big pictures of your hospital manpower in terms of numbers, productivity, usefullness, Room For Improvements (RFI) and etc....
