HI Pmon,
Did you selected the industry you want to target for your project. Each industry will have miles of difference when comes to employee satisfaction. plz fix that in mine and start your project. Just visit the company once if you got permission to enter into the company before starting the project work

Here is one reference which may give you some idea.
This is a good site which give the method of conducting the survey, etc.

Firstly, identify the dimensions of satisfaction and their corresponding questions.
secondly, prepare either frequency tables are cross tables for each of them. incase cross tables, take one independent variable like type of employee (managerial and worker) it could be crosstabulated with all satisfaction related questions. that's it. incase any probs. send me the qst and excel sheet. i will help you.

service sector is one challenging industry to satisfy the employee. Good selection of project. Plz go to the company and observe wat is going on and how the workers behave and wat they are expecting. if you manage to find that essence of wat is the expectation of the empl then your proj is almost over but one thing dont always move your project around monetary matter.... tats not only HR stuf find them wat else can satisfy them..... It can even be transportation or a couple of group meeting or knowlege sharing ...................
