Hello,
I am conducting an employee satisfaction survey as part of my project work. I have attached the questionnaire and coded results for each employee in an Excel sheet. However, I am unsure about how to proceed further with the analysis of the questionnaire coded data in the Excel sheet, especially in terms of conducting a comparative study and creating graphs and charts.
Please, could you assist me with this?
Thank you,

Hello Rupali,
You have not attached the Excel sheet. Please attach it and let me take a look. If you have access to SPSS, it would be better. How many responses have you received? You should have collected responses from at least twice the number of people as the number of questions you are asking for certain statistical tests.
Have a nice day.

Dear Rupali,
You can evaluate the total code of each employee. According to your marking (since your questions are 30), the employees who scored up to 60 marks are Not satisfied, 61 to 90 are Neutral and have the potential to be satisfied after some efforts, 91 to 120 are Satisfied, and 121 to 150 are Strongly Satisfied. Just total the markings of your employees, and you will find the results.
Wish you all the best. Bye.
