Dear All,

Let me share with all the HRs the recent employee engagement activity in my organization. Last week, I organized a cubicle decoration competition (team-wise) with a "Go Green" theme in my office, and I must say that it was a big success. There were about 200 employees and 20 teams who participated in the event. We were able to bring together all the employees to work as a team, which was a refreshing change for the employees and management who were judging the event.

This is the second event this year, and last month, we had a creative dressing competition followed by a "Guess the Personality" game. The personalities featured were our own employees. I intend to keep such employee engagement activities on a monthly basis. HRs, if you have any tips or ideas for more events, please email me.

Hi Nazneen,

I am heading the Employee Engagement drives at my office. We also did floor decoration, and it was great fun. We celebrated Children's Day, Makar Sankranti, had an online quiz, etc.

Dear Nazneen, please advise how you organized this event and what the total cost was for 200 employees. I am also planning a similar event. Additionally, were there any refreshments provided? What was the prize for the winning team? Were the decoration items provided by the company, or did the staff bring them themselves?
