Let me share with all the HRs on recent employee engagement activity in my organisation .Last week i had organised a cubicle decoration competition (team wise) with go green as theme in my office and i must say that it was a big success .
There were about 200 employees and 20 team who participated in the event. We were able to bring together all the employees to work as a team, it was a refreshing change for the employees and management who were judging the event .
This is second event this year and last month we had a creative dressing competition followed by a guessing the personality game .Personalities were our own employees .
I intend to keep such employee engagement activities on a monthly basis .HRs need tips /idea for more events if you have any .Please mail me

Hi Nazneen Even i'm heading the Employee Engagement drives at my office. We also dis floor decoration & it was gr8 fun. Children's day ceeb & makar sakranti & online quiz etc. What all activities have you initiated at your office.

please advise how did u organize this...and how much cost was involved for 200 employees, coz i m also planning the same and secondly were there any refereshments/ what was the prize for a winning team / were items to decorate, provided by the Company or staff brought themselves.
