Give books on Birhdays, employee feels remembered and also maintains the relationship evenafter he is left .
we give motivational books improvemental ideas ..through this activity .
secondly , we have a club within the organisation .. this club hold activities like we had Independence Week and on friday we concluded the week with small function with spontaneous performances ,this will encourage the employee and increase the belongingness to the organistion .I shall add more ..
