Succession Planning in Business Organizations elsewhere is all about:

1. Commitment to a Non-Negotiable Policy, firmly followed, wherein "Geniuses" are spotted/identified from amongst Internal Talents;
2. Letting the Selected Ones Know and Believe in the said Policy and their collaboration sought and secured;
3. Nurturing them using every Resource/Medium such as a) Delegation, b) Trust reposed, c) Genuine First Time Mistakes allowed/tolerated, d) Self-Corrective Actions Supported so that The Chosen One Takes the Right Action, Right First Time, Every Time (Pursues Excellence) and Perpetuates the Process and allows others to Be Better Than Before by at least many Times.

It is a Focused Action Plan; hence, the Progress-Oriented Management Team/Board of Directors, For Better Results Ensured ENGAGE Mentor.
