Dear Seniors,
This August Im giving recruitment exam of BANK OF INDIA for the post of HR & IR Officer (scale ll )..This will be a descriptive type paper with 100 Marks. This is the first time Im appearing for such examination though i have given many interviews in pvt companies.
What i want to ask is, what kind of questions i should prepare for, which have descriptive answers in nature.???. Or if anyone has appeared for such exam before can also tell me what is the basic pattern of such exam??
