They have asked me to formulate the "Policies and procedures" here
Can somebody advise me on the links i can visit to make this job easier

FOlks,
Our company is goin for a Certification now. The basic info in this regard is that ther is basically the ISO 9001 certification and ther is a CMM certification as well.
Can somebody giv some info on d advantanges of a CMM over ISO 9001.
Also, will v be skipping anything major if we go directly for a CMM. (Am aware that CMM will not cover admin and HR elaborately. But will it cover atleast d basics of Admin and HR)
In terms of Financial implication, Recognition and Acceptance.. which is considered better ISO or CMM
