Dear All,
As i am working with dealership, we required manpower for direct sales. For that we have used Advertisement, refferal base, head hunting, direct walkin. But our confusion is we cant do much ad because it is costly, and we also cant use portal as we cant tap much candidate.
So please help me the other ways for recruitment, Please do reply it is urgent.

I completely agree with all the above methods of recruitments. Did you try tieing up with some of the reputed consultancies. They can also line up candidates for you.

The methods you have used for manpower sourcing are correct and I feel it should have fetched you good enough candidates. If it is not happening maybe there is some problem with the way you are presenting the job vacancy. Kindly let me know the exact requirement maybe I can help.
Also you have to contact the consultants who have a live Database and active candidates registered with them.

Niormallly recruitment works by reference, job portal, advertisement. If you are not able to access job portal, you can take profiles from google, yahoo by skills search. Normaly i use it some times, you get good profiles.

Guys, her basic problem is the cost as well.......the methods you are suggesting are all cost borne suggest she wants something which will get result without incurring cost...so in my opinion the best way to tap the market is let the people reach you with your requirements ..............how is that possible ...Can anyone Guess ? Let me see who all are smarts Champions here then I will revert.......
