This is Rinkie and i am new to this forum. I have done my MBA in HR in Hyderabad, and even got placed in a good company. But later the company wanted me to relocate to a different state altogether and so i had to leave the job.
I have been trying to look for jobs in HR field (in Hyderabad) but all the offers i receive are from Consultant firms under Recruitment, where they say that i wud have to do cold calling to prospective candidates and offer them BPO jobs. I am trying to look for HR jobs in corporate companies, but in vain. Is it that MNCs and corporates dont take freshers? Is there any way that i can get into a good company under HR field as a fresher? The pay packet is not important to me, all that is important is getting into a good company.
Can anyone advise me on this???

First mistak, quiting the HR job. HR jobs are very few and mostly gets closed through reference. Freshers hardly get core HR jobs.. even there is no difference between MBA and B.com Graduates for this matter.
the more gap you have in career the more it would be difficult to find a job.
My suggestion would be, start a job in a decent consultancy for a start and while working you can find a HR job. this way you would also come in close contact with potential recruiters and this networking would help you a lot...

Right now, we have many openings in BPO inbound/outbound (day shift). English, Telugu, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil, Kannada, Oriya (Any 3). Must know how to speak any 3 of the above-mentioned languages.
