Hi Please note that the overall job market has slowed down and hence you will find fewer HR jobs. It is a cycle and hence we have to wait till the market improves.

Hi,
Your MBA should get you a job in HR. I believe ICFAI isnt assuring u any jobs right now. Looking at the situation it is not hard to imagine. My advice for an upcoming HR professional is "learn on the job". Thats where most of the learning is. Practicing HR is different in different organizations. This is very truly said.. I understand the economic falling but at the same time it is very disappointing to note that some organization does not have separate HR department in today's fast pace environment...:(

Hi,
Mostly some companies are saving money within HR Department, but those company is reputed they have seprate HR, Admn, and Acccounts department. and this is true becoze LALA company are not follow the rules nd regulation so they have paying some money to Labout Department, so Labour / Govt employee are not coming in front of thiese company.

HR is desktop job.1 HR manager for 100 or more people. They are multitasking. 1 HR manager can perform recruitment , compensation mamanagment at same time. Therefore less jobs.
