How are you, Hope you are doing well guys,
I have a issue today.
In my organization i have a team of 4 members in which consist of one TL and 3 executives.
One of the executive is under notice, she is leaving the job due to her health and personal reason.
As one of the resoucres is quiting, the TL also want to quit and put her paper.
We check for the reason, because the team met is leaving and she very good friend for her, thus she is leaving.:blink:
Can anybody help in solving the probe.:!:

what else can we do to solve the problem infact i feel that would not be a proper reason and if so it is a proper one then what can u do now convince the teamleader stating how important she is to the workplace and do make her tell the same with the person who is going off and try to bring her back also to ur place bcos teamwork really matters isnt it:dry:

This may not be the true picture which you see. When the executive is resigning due to health and personal problems, she wants to convey that either she may not work in the coming few days till she is fully recovered or she will work in a company which is near to her place.
The TL says she is resigning as the former executive was her good friend. So what has that to do with your work? If the executive will stay unemployed, would the TL also stay unemployed till that time??
Chances are that both of them have got job at the same place or the executive has promised the TL that she will keep a position for her or the TL is lying and has searched herself a better opportunity.
I think it is wrong to mix one's personal and professional life together. Its impossible that u stay dependent on one person all through your work. People should stand up to their respective points rather than giving baseless answers.
If you still think she has not made her mind completely, then you may counsel her and let her know the difference between personal and prfessional chapters. Ask her to tell u the truth and u may be able to help her.

Now she has new issues with relieving, the managment has asked her to leave by end of the month. as per her resignation she has 5 more days to serve the notice.
She is fine to go but she wants to be paid for the 5 days which she will be not working with us, as all the releving formatilies and issuing of letters will done as per managements date.
