Dear HR,
Most of us have heard of the Belbin team role inventory. I would like to know if any one of you have used this tool successfully in your organisation.
It would be interesting to find if any organisation has adopted the Belbin as a standard to evaluate all its employees?
Is is a feasible methodology for all employees or will it work with management teams?
If you could participate in this discussion it will be helpful for all of us in HR.
Thanks and Regards

Kulshum,
Thanks for the input. It surely helps. But wanted to know if TCS uses this test for team formation? Does it woprk in reality that you have a team where in all members have high marks in the 8 or 9 areas of Belbin team members.
Will that team perform well?
Thanks for your reply.
